The works constituted the construction and fit-out of the Veterinary Staff Office Fitout for Murdoch University, at the South Street Campus.

The project included new office fit-out to the existing open plan area within the Veterinary Surgical Clinic.

CHALLENGES:

Working in a live environment and accommodating day to day issues associated with works being situated above fully functioning Operating Theatre.

Ensuring appropriate Murdoch University OH&S policy and inductions were incorporated and implemented within the Slatter Constructions Safety Management Plan. Incorporating significant client initiated design changes including additional joinery items without extending the date for Practical Completion.
